1. High-top basketball shoes. The biggest purpose of high-top basketball shoes is to protect the ankle joint. Generally speaking, high-top shoes are suitable for players who are strong on the inside. For a strong offensive striker or center, characterized by more body contact, more torsion, and heavy weight, the required basketball shoes should pay attention to: the upper is strong, the shoe type wraps the foot, the midsole is torsional, and the ankle is good, and the high-top basketball shoes are more suitable for this type of person.

 
 
2. Mid-top basketball shoes. If you're known for your speed, change suddenly, and look for opportunities in various positions on the court, then mid-top basketball shoes are the best choice to protect your ankles. Mid-top basketball shoes are more worn by guards and forwards, in addition to a certain degree of protection for the feet, they can better reflect the player's explosiveness and flexibility.
 
 
3. Low-top basketball shoes.  Low-top basketball shoes don't protect the ankle much, so only about 10% of athletes wear low-top shoes in regular games. Because although this kind of basketball shoes is relatively lightweight, it is not as good as the protection of high-top basketball shoes for the ankle.
